 ok so ive struggled with this for a while... i used to do yoga a while back thinking i could heal an ailment of mine and gain some spiritual enlightening. Living in california it was a thing if you know you know... I did everything crystals yoga meditation reading books i shouldnt have and the like...  I just know from my upbringing in your local Pentacostal church Job never cursed god so i steered clear of that infraction, but since ive taken yoga there was only two benefits i was leaner and more reactive to my situations and my wing chun practice was easier.  i know now wing chun is a part of it but i digress...  Since then my body has been acting crazy from polyps of hemmoroids to a weird sensastion at the tip of my spine a weird smell in my groin area, back aches when i pray, i get a weird squirming feeling and when people that are behind me and do something i can feel it in the base of my spine... and even different levels of psychosis like a rollercoaster at t...

 ok in my dealings with lust i havent always been victorious sometimes i slip and sometimes i stand and remain firm, "for we wrestle not against flesh and blood" ya know. but in a recent ocurrance i have met with a certain someone for a specified goal( not sex lol ) and lets just say it is a woman and even if we were do the misdeed it would be wrong on so many levels. yet i can understand why the situation is the way it is. im at a point in my life where this situation is quite frequent given my circumstances. since this particular woman falls into the category of women i prefer i can say that if the situation was different id be all over here but there are reasons why it cannot be. and now i catch myself thinking heavily on sleeping with her. just imagining it in my mind and visualizing how good it would feel fianally embrace the aprticualr woman ive longed for for so long. then i asked god for help.  no really i asked...thats all there was to it. it was simple, please under...

So I am now aware God exists in many different dimensions, such as the hand of God and the mind of God and the breath so on and so forth...  what is to say that has not already been said. i am a believer of jesus christ and this will be the notes i gather on the faith and how i will be making out as i get closer to god and the things he has showed me.    lets do this i cant say that ill be here every day or once a week ill do this as god leads me. if you guys see me five times a month ill treat this like church.    if yall see me ten tiomes a month count it a blessing cause im on a roll!   thanks in advance!   love faith and grace
