yo whats up, dealing with lust...ughh

 ok in my dealings with lust i havent always been victorious sometimes i slip and sometimes i stand and remain firm, "for we wrestle not against flesh and blood" ya know. but in a recent ocurrance i have met with a certain someone for a specified goal( not sex lol ) and lets just say it is a woman and even if we were do the misdeed it would be wrong on so many levels. yet i can understand why the situation is the way it is. im at a point in my life where this situation is quite frequent given my circumstances. since this particular woman falls into the category of women i prefer i can say that if the situation was different id be all over here but there are reasons why it cannot be. and now i catch myself thinking heavily on sleeping with her. just imagining it in my mind and visualizing how good it would feel fianally embrace the aprticualr woman ive longed for for so long. then i asked god for help. 

no really i asked...thats all there was to it.

it was simple, please understand it was simple but not easy. i asked him for help to take this away from me and give me guidance. then as i was doing my daily reading of the bible. i was reading exodus and even though it wasnt what i was looking for it was rather informative. yet it didnt do it. so then i turned to psalms 37 and i had to stop because it was right there. i tell you i wasnt a big fan of psalms growing up because people i know were just reading psalms that you hear all the time like psalms 23 and others like it but i never hear anyone sya these ones or the ones like psalms 140. 

all in all i am grateful because literally 15 to 20 minutes later god had answered my prayer. be that it was a glimmer of a prayer as i sat in my chair it was still a prayer and he answered through his word. so now i am true fan of psalms and i cant wait to read more and gain more insight.
